October 2014 - Little Einsteins Nurseries
The babies at Little Einsteins Hillside Nursery have been having lots of fun recently doing art work and exploring their senses. They also made cards to give to their grannies and granddads to celebrate the recent Grandparents Day.
With the sunny and mild autumn weather of the past few weeks, the 2′s – 3′s enjoyed a walk, kicking up the fallen leaves and collecting shiny conkers.
The after school club also went for a walk to the nearby Beveridge Park where they too had fun searching for conkers. The babies collected leaves and brought them back to the nursery to make pictures.
We also collected food for the harvest festival which some of the children took to the local food bank at St Bryce Church.
The 3 – 5′s have been making mosaics using recycled roof tiles. We plan to put them up in the garden when they are all finished.
